Make complete copies of files using Finder or from within the program.

1. Select the file in Finder and choose "Duplicate" from Finder's File menu.
2. Then rename the file with the desired name in Finder.

1. With the file that you want to duplicate open in the program, select "Duplicate" from the program's File menu.
2. Save the file with the desired name and location by selecting "Save" from the program's File menu.
