You can rearrange your accounts and account groups in the main account list.
Tap 
underneath the main account list then choose the "Rearrange Accounts" option.
Rearrange account groups by tapping 
or 
to move the account group up or down.
Rearrange individual accounts within an account group by dragging and dropping the accounts into place.
