Creating Payee Names
Creating payee names is easy, just follow the steps below.
Creating a Payee Name:
- Select the "Payees, Types & Categories" from the Account List.
- Select the Payees View by selecting the "Payees" button on the right of the top bar.
- Click the "+" button on bottom left of the Payees View.
- Then set the new payee to have all your desired information (name, color, and image). To set an image just drag and drop one into the image view on the bottom right.
Notes:
- You can also set a payee's default transaction type, category, memo and amount values so when the payee is selected for use in a transaction it will setup the transaction with these default values. You can adjust the preference for whether or not a payee's default values are automatically updated when manually editing a transaction using that payee. See Memorized Transactions for more information.
