Deleting Accounts
Deleting an account is easy just follow the steps below.
Deleting an Account:
- From the Menu Bar select "Accounts" then "Delete Account" OR click the action button under the accounts list then select "Delete Account".
- Verify you do want to delete the selected account and click "Delete".
Notes:
- Once an account is deleted most of it's related account data is deleted along with it (all transactions, statements, Apple Keychain information, etc.). The only item retained is the account's category name in case it is used by transactions in other accounts.
- After deleting an account the account's category will be changed from the account's name in brackets to the account's name with an asterisk in front. Recreating an account with the same name will re-link this category name to the new account and the transfer transaction references in any other account.
